Delivery - Deadlines - Reception

For mainland France and Monaco, the parcel will be delivered by La Poste. Each shipment will be sent to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery costs depend on the weight and amount of the basket.

Delivery times are those indicated by the Post Office (d+2, indicative).

For orders outside mainland France, delivery will be by La Poste. Each shipment will be sent to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery costs depend on the weight and amount of the basket.

Delivery times range from 3 to 8 days depending on the country from the time the package is picked up by La Poste.

Upon receipt of the package, the customer will be required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to immediately report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note as well as to the MiBorg company. We will handle each problem and provide concrete solutions (refund, return of the order, etc.).
